Shipping Policy

Each Axel Beckett piece is made to order just for you. Please allow time for your order to be prepared before it begins its journey your way.

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days, with delivery times varying based on destination, product, and shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout begin after production and are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and delivery destination. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages or at different times.

International shipping is available to select destinations. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
