Returns/Exchanges

Most Axel Beckett items are made after your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, color, or a change of mind.

Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

• A brief description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll work with our production partner to provide a replacement or refund.

Size Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer size exchanges. Please check the size guide before purchasing.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order enters production, we may not be able to cancel or update it.
